December, much like November, weeds out the time wasters from the motivated buyers. All the house hunters out there will be serious to move, and move fast. December is all about quality over quantity.
Given the fact that most sellers will wait until the New Year to list their property, listing now means you have the added benefit of having little competition to contend with. Instructing in December leaves you in prime position to take advantage of serious buyers. After all, to achieve the best price for your home, it’s best to market when your competitors are not.
